Shipping & Returns
We process and ship orders within 1- 3 business days.
Once your order is processed and prepped for shipment, we update you via email with tracking details.
We provide FREE Standard Shipping on domestic orders totaling over $60.
Delivery time for International orders may take between 4 - 30 days depending on the carrier.
We are unable to take responsibility for additional fees that may be imposed on international orders, such as customs and duty fees.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns; therefore all sales are final. This also helps us lessen waste.
Prior to shipment, we inspect all orders TWICE to help maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
In the event that you receive defective or wrong items, we would be happy to offer an exchange.
To ensure that your exchange is approved, please make sure to contact our customer support team within 4 days of your package being delivered via: email@example.com.
Once your exchange request is approved, we would provide you with a return label to ship your item back to us. When we receive your item(s), we exchange and ship your new package within 1-3 business days.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it unless the items requested are no longer in stock.
We may however be able to make modifications to your existing order if you contact us via customer service within 12 hours of placing your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are unable to take responsibilities for lost or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please refer your tracking number to the courier for further investigation.
